U tom cilju, Draa je po nekim kazivanjima, hteo da likvidira i Dimitrija Ljotića, efa organizacije "Zbor" i organizatora "Srpskog dobrovoljačkog korpusa", koji je zajedno sa nemačkim trupama izvodio akcije protiv Narodnooslobodilačkog pokreta.
