This week I got to hold my first book in my hands for the first time this week and I sent in my manuscript for the second on Monday. I was so excited for this one that I was posting photos of it on facebook while it was still being put together! I get emails almost weekly about people making and loving that cake.

They try Kyle Lewis, Oliver Fish and Schuyler Joplin, but all refuse.
Stacy sleeps with a drunken Oliver and gets pregnant again. Running low on money, Kim sets her sights on the wealthy and newly married Clint Buchanan.
With lively, informal décor that evokes turn-of-the-century France, Absinthe’s warm, convivial atmosphere has romanced locals and visitors alike since its founding in 1998.
I know that Polka Dots were predestined to be my signature pattern. He makes me laugh daily and puts up with all my crap. I know that getting married the day before my birthday was the smartest thing I ever did.
But I do know who I am and I know what I like, and it feels great!
I may not know everything, but then again I probably never will.
I know that writing cookbooks is HARD work, but also super fulfilling! And then cake for breakfast on October 12th for my birthday. 🙂This years anniversary/birthday cake was a Pumpkin Dream Cake. It is so incredibly tender that you just want to use it as a pillow. They will need to bake at 300°F for 18-20 minutes and do not need to go into the freezer.
